This area has so much to offer, and the building itself was just a dream✨

My clients said that as soon as they walked into the lobby they felt at home😌 & what a great feeling is that! Who knows maybe one day I’ll be their new neighbour LOL💁🏻‍♀️

One of the first things I always tell my buyer/tenant clients…

And about 75% of the time, they will tell me they didn’t know this or were unsure‼️

However, always make sure to read your contract with your realtor and don’t be afraid to ask any questions regarding commission splits💰

Congratulations to my clients on getting this beautiful unit located in the Rivery City community!

This beautiful loft style condo offers a spacious layout with 9’8” exposed concrete ceiling, floor to ceiling/wall to wall windows, and beautiful finishes throughout. An absolute gem! 🤩

After losing against another offer for the same unit (opposite layout) that my clients absolutely fell in love with, I was able to find another unit for them in the same building and went above and beyond to make sure we would get it! We were able to close this deal for my clients within days of being on the market.

Everything happens for a reason, and this particular experience with my lovely clients proved just that! I am beyond happy for them to be enjoying their new place and starting a fresh, new chapter! 🤗🤍✨

So happy to have closed this deal for my incredible client! 🥳

After a nightmarish experience with her previous landlord, she was so stressed out about finding a new place and wanted to move as quickly as possible. I assured her that we would find her the perfect place in no time, and we did!

I made sure it checked off all her boxes, and most importantly made sure that her new landlord would be a GOOD landlord! She absolutely fell in love with how spacious and bright this 2 bedroom basement apartment was and I couldn’t be more happy for her.🤗✨
