🤔Una pregunta común de los compradores es:

¿Cuánto tengo que poner de enganche o downpayment para comprar una propiedad en Ontario?

La respuesta es: DEPENDE.

La cantidad depende de cuánto cueste la vivienda:

Si el precio de compra es menor a $500,000, el enganche mínimo es del 5%.

Si el precio de compra es superior a $500,000, el downpayment mínimo es del 5% de los primeros $500,000 y del 10% para la parte restante.

Finalmente, si el precio de compra es de $1,000,000 o más, el downpayment mínimo es del 20%.
