I had the pleasure of working with my commercial tenant client to find the perfect home for her new retail concept. Our search focused on what matters most to young families:

It has been 20 years since I moved to Toronto after finishing my postgraduate studies in urban planning at The University of Sheffield.

A lot has changed in that time. The skyline has grown, neighbourhoods have shifted, and communities have worked hard to adapt. What has not changed is Toronto’s ability to inspire the next generation of civic leaders.

This photo of my son on the ferry to the Toronto Islands is a reminder that civic transformation is ongoing. Public spaces, playgrounds, infrastructure and community life all require steady effort and involvement.

Toronto continues to show its possibility! Thanks for welcoming me! I don’t think I could have chosen a better city to build a career and lifelong connections.
