Had to give Mayor Olivia Chow the quick market update while enjoying JerkFest this weekend 😂

All jokes aside, Toronto will always hold a special place in my heart. I grew up here, and coming back for moments like this reminds me how much of who I am was shaped by this city.

The food, the music, the culture, the people — there’s an energy in Toronto that’s hard to duplicate. And JerkFest was such a beautiful reminder of how many different communities and cultures make this city what it is.

Durham is home for me now, but Toronto will always be part of my story. ❤️

🏡 Across the GTA, home sales increased 6.3% compared to last year, while new listings dropped 18.9% and active listings declined 13.3%.
