This weekend was truly nonstop 😮‍💨✨
Between taking care of kids, driving them to activities, planning their weekend schedules, and still trying to balance work… it was definitely one of those “mom + realtor” multitasking weekends 👧🏻👦🏻💕

At the same time, there were endless messages, showings, paperwork, follow-ups with agents and clients, and making sure every detail was ready behind the scenes.

But today, I’m so happy to officially announce that BOTH of my lease listings are now LEASED 🔑🏡✨

It really reminded me again that with the right marketing, proper preparation, strong presentation, and strategic pricing, the right tenants will come 🎯
