Semi- detached properties have taken a noticeable hit in many areas. My advice: set the right and reasonable expectations with your seller from Day 0.

Ensure you both agree on a strategy and build in Plan B, C , D and W. You may just need to execute them all to get the deal done.

My best buyer tip: Go into the market knowing what you want! Take a few minutes to think about your 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦 and 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦 when it comes to looking for your new home.
