Q2 update and market forecast for rest of the year.

We were expecting a rate hike this month but a straight 1% increase surprised us all! BoC’s rapid rate hikes are affecting homeowners and investors the most. Increasing rate, causing potential buyers to sideline from market where as more inventory sitting in the market is just masking our supply shortage for now.

No surprise that Royallepage is forecasting a flat line in terms of price growth in GTA.
