Some sales are a little more emotional than others.

While I am thrilled for both the sellers and the buyers, today is definitely bittersweet. Over the years, these clients became more than clients—they became wonderful neighbours and good friends. While I will miss having them nearby, I couldn't be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter.
