The GTA housing market is becoming more competitive.

🏡 Home sales were down just 0.9% compared to last July, but new listings dropped 17.8%, giving buyers fewer homes to choose from. As inventory tightens, competition is beginning to increase.

📈 Key July Highlights:
• 5,995 homes sold
• 14,484 new listings
• Average selling price: $1,003,956
• Condo prices declined just 2.3%
• Home prices showed a slight month-over-month increase, a positive sign that values may be stabilizing.

This one was definitely a journey!

I had the pleasure of representing both the buyer and the seller, and while it wasn't always smooth sailing, we worked through every challenge together and got the deal across the finish line. 🙌
