Time is money 💵 don’t be cheap because your wife and kids will never see you. Owners, contractors and trades need to look at innovative tools that allow them to get paid and move onto the next job. This expo had supplier, distributors and demos of amazing products that painters and finishers need to get the hang for your buck. Pretty doesn’t have to be expensive.

Condo conversions have provided for great starter investments and managed condos can be a tremendous cashflow asset in a retirement plan. The problem happens when the Condo Boards need to comply with strict capital investments plans for their reserves thus forcing Special Assessments and massive increases in Condo Fees. The Boards are where the heart of the problem is. I am going talk more about condo compliance under CAO and the management compliance body CMRAO and how the Province of Ontario has stepped in to save many unsuspecting condo investors in these pooled investments.
