At six years old, he told his parents to invest
in buying a house in Barrie. He is an astute investor with eight properties that he manages, plus two full-
time jobs, one in Real Estate and one at TTC. As a teenager, he attended school and had two full-time jobs, working 18-hour days on weekends. Attended and left University at U of T early, he worked as a summer student at TTC and went on to get
his Heavy Truck and Coach Mechanic’s Licence. While going to college full-time, he worked full-time for
a contractor at CP Rail in Vaughan as a Mechanic. In 2005 he bought his first rental property, followed by purchasing properties in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He caught the attention of Monarch Properties, who did write-ups about him in the Toronto Sun and
Metro. Always on the lookout for an opportunity and focused on work, he also hustled reselling items
