There’s so much in life that means the world to me, but when I really think about it, it always comes back to the people and the moments that make life meaningful.

My family, my husband, my parents, the people I love, and the relationships I’ve been fortunate enough to build and nurture. I never take for granted how special it is to have my parents in my life and to share such a wonderful relationship with them. Those are the things that matter most.

I’m also incredibly grateful for the work I get to do. From performing and creating music, to teaching, to helping people find a place to call home, I get to connect with people in so many different ways. Serving my community, showing up for others, and doing work that genuinely brings me joy is something I’m very proud of.

Life isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about being surrounded by good people, creating memories, doing what you love, and appreciating the people who make it all worthwhile.

I’m grateful for this life, for the people in it, and for every opportunity to give back and do what I love.

When a deal nearly kills you… but you get it done anyway.

Real estate isn’t always the pretty listings, sold signs, and closing-day photos. There are negotiations, unexpected surprises, late-night calls, endless emails, problem-solving, and about a million moving pieces happening behind the scenes.

But honestly? I love it.

Because at the end of it all, seeing my clients get the keys to a place they can finally call home makes every stressful moment worth it.

This job can test you, but it also reminds me exactly why I love what I do.

There’s something pretty special about doing life with your favourite person and getting to share the stage with them too.

The late nights, the rehearsals, the laughs, the shows, the little moments in between — I wouldn’t trade any of it. Pretty lucky this is our life Yiannis Kapoulas

I can’t believe we’re already in August! Where did the summer go?

There’s nothing quite like summer in Toronto, and if you haven’t made the most of it yet, here are a few things I’d recommend doing before summer is officially over:

Take a trip to the Toronto Islands. Pack a picnic, rent a bike, spend the day at the beach and enjoy the skyline. And if you want to avoid the ferry lines, water taxis are an option too.

Go to the CNE. From August 21 to September 7, it’s one of those classic Toronto summer traditions that’s worth doing at least once every year. Rides, food, games, shows and plenty to keep the whole family entertained.

Plan a date night by the water. Grab dinner, walk along the waterfront and stay for the sunset. Sometimes the simplest summer nights end up being the best ones.

Go to a drive-in movie. Grab some snacks, pile into the car and make a night of it. There are drive-in options just outside Toronto, so it’s a fun little summer road trip too.

Have a beach day. Bring the snacks, sunscreen and a good playlist and stay until golden hour.

And if you’re looking for something a little different, check out one of Toronto’s outdoor movie nights. Toronto Outdoor Picture Show has free open-air screenings running through August 23 at parks across the city.

Summer always feels like it goes by way too quickly, so don’t wait for the perfect weekend.

Make the plans. Get outside. Try something new. Make the memories.

Because before you know it, we’ll be wondering where summer went.

I asked my Gen Z marketing team to edit this…

They said “say less.”

And honestly? I have questions. 😂

First and foremost, THANK YOU.

To everyone who came out to support our Taste of the Danforth performances, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Every familiar face, every kind word, and every bit of support means more to me than you know. I’m so incredibly grateful to have people who continue to show up and cheer me on.

I love what I do. I love performing. I love connecting with people. I love creating memories. And I love helping people find a place they can truly call home.

So no, I’m not sorry at all for doing a little bit of everything. Whether I’m on a stage singing my heart out or helping you find your dream home, I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Love, Elena
