Two of the kindest clients we've worked with just closed on their townhouse at 580 Eyer in Pickering, and this one felt different.

They came to us through a referral from their daughter, which already told us a lot about the kind of people we'd be working with. Turns out they're exactly that sweet in real life too.

This move kicks off their retirement, and honestly, it's the best part of this job. Watching people step into a new chapter like this never gets old.

She told us she was ready for a change, and we made sure she landed somewhere worth it. ✨
