It’s 10:47pm and you’re both quiet.

Not because the conversation went badly. Just because it didn’t go anywhere. Again.

It’s something harder to name than that.

Most Toronto families don’t lose because of bad timing.

They lose because the decision never felt safe enough to make.

I had a client last year — great income, solid equity, everything lined up on paper.

But every conversation ended the same way.

“Maybe we should wait a little longer.”
It wasn’t the market holding them back.

It was the gap between what they wanted and what they believed was actually available to them.

So we slowed down.

Sometimes that’s true.

But sometimes what they’re really waiting for is certainty.

It comes from getting honest about what you actually want.

And what you choose to believe is possible for your life.

Because what we choose to believe, we attract.

Not by magic alone.

But by attention. By energy. By expectation. And by the decisions we’re finally willing to make.

I never shared this on Instagram, but I broke my leg 8 weeks ago.

What’s interesting is that my ankle and leg are healing well. In fact, they’re ahead of schedule.

But the healing I’m talking about here goes a little deeper than that.

The last 8 weeks have felt heavy in more ways than one.

And if I’m being honest, I haven’t shown up here the way I meant to.

I didn’t keep posting.
I didn’t keep sharing the Ideal Dreams Journey the way I intended to.

Part of me thought this season would give me space to reflect, create, and get clear.

But life doesn’t always heal us in neat, productive, or polished ways.

Sometimes the body heals first, while the rest of you is still catching up.

What I keep coming back to is this:

Life has a way of healing itself when you have faith.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But deeply.

So this is my pledge to keep showing up.
To keep sharing the Ideal Dreams Journey.
Not once everything feels perfect.

Now.
