Any lawyers live in the building?

Anyone else see cockroaches in the hallways or unit? There have been many reports of this over the years and another just last week. Any other tenants have issues? Please post on here.

After the hearing on June 12th they are now cutting up the asphalt again for “patch” work. Around the same drain that floods and has yet to be addressed. Which mean this is twice now they are working backwards and are going to cost residents more money. This is ridiculous considering no one was notified about the work taking place today at 7am and means that when they do start work on the drain in the rear of the building the asphalt will have to be ripped up for a third or possibly fourth time. I had spoken with one of the workers and they told me it’s only patch work they are doing and has nothing to do with the pipes or drains.
