A great way to start the week! Thank you for setting up our Monday Strong!
I personally feel Mondays are so very important. It allows me to reflect on the week prior, and set a good week to come. Schedule my time personally and professionally, and most importantly keep me on track.
Love our Monday meetings with all my colleagues. Like minded people supporting each other, and always something gained from our covered topics!

A lot goes into the selling of your house. Packing, painting, junk removal, storage, staging, photos, arranging a calendar. Having to coordinate this, get your house ready to be listed; can be a challenging and daunting task!

At our office, we pride ourselves in offering a full service experience and taking on these tasks for you! In seriousness though. We are talking interest rates this week. We as a team are better educating ourselves to best update you all as the year transpires. There has been a lot of talk lately about interest rates escalating this year. We have interviewed with brokers and experts in the city, and have a good book of professionals to reference you too if you are curious about your current or future investments.

On Wednesday, January 26th the Bank of Canada will be making their announcement and will be important for current or future home owners.
