2026 Market Update 🏠

In August, prices are stabilizing, inventory has come down, and the market has moved closer to balance.

Buyers are in action!

Buyers are there. The money is there. When the price is right, buyers knock.

These days, good houses are easy to find. Buyers willing to overpay are not.
