Hi! We're Kevin and Amy, real estate investors and owners of Uncommon Estate. Welcome to our page! We are so happy to have you here! We love real estate investing, and because of that, it doesn't feel like work to us.

There are so many advantages but here are our top four

1.Cash Flow

When you buy the right property, you get profit every single month. We can have that cash flow.

2. Loan Paydown

When you buy real estate, you get to use a loan, which means you don’t need to have all the money upfront to buy it. But over time the loan gets paid off by your tenants!

3. Appreciation

Over time, rental properties tend to appreciate in value, which means while the property is going up you're paying off the mortgages. There might be ups and down in the market but in the long run it's generally always been an upward trajectory.

4. Tax Benefits

There are a lot of amazing benefits to owning rentals. Make sure you have an investor friendly accountant that can point you in the direction of all the amazing benefits!!
