The GTA real estate market is changing, but is it a correction or a crash!!! Depending on who you listen to, many buy into the market crash scenario but are they right?

Christelle Mwamba, a mortgage agent with The Mortgage Scout explains the differences between a crash and a corrections.

I agree with the content of the material.

Right now we're seeing a market correction as there are fewer transactions in real estate sales and volumes in the housing market. A crash and correction are two very different things.
