THE REAL ESTATE MARKET:

The spring market seems to be in full effect, with one of the largest monthly increases we’ve seen in house prices since the peak of 2022.

Only time will tell if this is evidence of strength returning to the market, or spring market growth, supercharged by rate cut optimism that has now been erased by the Bank of Canada’s March decision.
