🏡FALL is typically the 2nd best Real Estate Market that runs from after Labour day to end of November more or less, but things are taking longer to sell and there are good homes available without so many crazy bid wars!

🍁It is a Buyer's market and opportunity knocks to take advantage of the move either up ,lateral or down.

📉Greater Toronto Area resale housing market conditions tightened in July 2026 compared to July 2025

⬇️Sales and new listings were down.
👉🏼Average selling prices could level off in the second half of this year.

📌According too TRREB President Daniel Steinfeld,
"Many would-be homebuyers are waiting for confidence in the market and broader economy to improve before making a purchase. This includes more clarity on tariffs, inflation and borrowing costs.”
“While uncertainty about the economy and borrowing costs persists, recent news has been more positive than expected.

📌TRREB's Chief InfoOfficer Jason Mercer states:

💡There is still continued global tensions and conflicts

💡For now there is a wait and let's see approach
