Last week, we welcomed colleagues from British Columbia to our Toronto offices for a week of collaboration focused on reviewing operational processes, sharing perspectives and learning from one another.

And, of course, there was time to connect over a team pizza lunch! 🍕

It’s these opportunities to work side-by-side, exchange ideas and build relationships across regions that help strengthen our teams and the way we serve our communities.

For more than 20 years, the DMS team has supported property owners, residents and communities across Ontario.

As of October 1, we’re proud to be part of Tribe Management, bringing our local experience and expertise together with a broader range of property management capabilities across Canada.

The team you know remains. The name is changing. And there’s more ahead!

If you’re a DMS client or resident, you’ll start seeing the Tribe Management name and logo across our website, communications and properties.

We’re excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to support the people and communities we serve.
