🎯 Buy A Home, Enjoy Freedom
A good realtor will never insist you to buy a property unless you qualify for a purchase in terms of the required down payment, your disposable income and credit score. You have to do your own due diligence whether you are capable of buying a property.
It takes time to prepare yourself before even you start seeing any properties for purchase. You need to verify your mortgage eligibility first and then set up a timeline for purchase.
Realtors are not responsible for your monthly mortgage payment.
From online resources and in consultation with a mortgage agent/broker or adviser, you can independently find out, how much you can qualify for mortgage, how much will be your approx monthly mortgage amount, property tax and other costs on the purchase price of a specific property based on your available down payment.
A realtor will provide you all available information about a listed property, it’s pros & cons, do comparative market analysis, projected price range, any available material facts related to the property. If you like any property, a good realtor will show you that property even multiple times if required before putting an offer. It is you, not the realtor who will decide how much price to offer for a specific property and how many days you will require to close . Based on all information available to you, it is you who will take the final and informed decision to purchase a property.
I truly believe that many hardworking realtors from our community are doing outstanding jobs every single day. There could a few exception like any other profession.
