Not quite ready to let summer go 🍂🌊

Nova Scotia, part 2: the South Shore ⚓️

We saved the best for last. We spent the rest of the trip at Shobec, right on the ocean, where our whole family came together to celebrate my mom’s 70th Sharon Barr ❤️

From there we explored the colourful fishing towns of Lunenburg and Mahone Bay, found some of the most beautiful beaches, and ate the most incredible seafood of the whole trip 🦞🦪

Outdoor dinners, kids living their best life, sunsets that were perfect, and starry nights by the ocean

We wrapped it all up at Peggy’s Cove, the perfect last stop 🗼

I can’t tell you how excited I am to be here. 🍂

Real estate headlines lately have been full of mixed, confusing messages, but being part of Royal LePage Signature Royal LePage Signature 🍁 reminds me why I love this brokerage so much. There’s so much motivation here.

Getting to be part of Simon Keith’s story today was truly inspirational, both for work and for family. He closed his presentation with a message that really reminded me: don’t waste another minute, in life, in work, or with the people you love. And honestly? That’s exactly how I want to keep living.

I want to keep showing up and doing my best, working toward amazing results for my clients. And just as importantly, showing up for my family too. 🙌

Nova Scotia, early August 🌊

Started the trip in Halifax, hotel vibes, harbour strolls & an amazing dinner at The Bicycle Thief

Wolfville was the next stop, stayed at Old Orchard Inn, our room walked right out to the apple orchard (perfect space for the kids to run wild), plus lots of pool fun. W**e visits to Benjamin Bridge (kids loved the games & gardens) and Luckett for that incredible valley view, then watching the Fundy tide disappear at Blomidon National Park, while the kids rescued snails (watch the clip 🐌).

After a busy spring in real estate, this trip, although exhausting at times, was what we all needed. Pure quality time with my kids and love Tom Brodi

Lobster, swims, friends, lots of laughing, and a flight the kids will actually remember ✈️🦞⚓️

Leslieville and the east end, honestly one of my favourite places to work and one of the most in demand neighbourhoods in the city. Born and raised here, I know it like the back of my hand 🙌🏼

A finished basement and a second bathroom, in 3 weeks.

This is 41 Firstbrooke in the east end of Toronto. When we sat down with our sellers to talk about getting the home ready, we knew buyers today want move-in ready. Most also want parking, which this home didn’t have, so we knew we had to make the home deliver on everything else.

The basement had already been underpinned in 2022, so the bones were there. We brought in our contractor and designer SIMPLY ABODE and in just 3 weeks, the space went from unfinished to a fully done lower level with a brand new bathroom, brining the home to two full bathrooms and putting it in front of a whole new pool of buyers searching for exactly that.
