If you’ve been keeping up with the GTA real estate market, you know the condo segment has been hit significantly. The 2nd photo shows resale condo data over the past 12 months, with the top two lines showing the number of sales vs. active listings.

With high inventory and lower sales volume, my seller clients were able to sell their condo unit in Feb and close this month!

So what happens on closing day?

➡️ Closing day is more than just “getting the keys”
➡️ It’s the moment preparation meets ex*****on, and everything becomes real.

It’s the finish line. A chapter closed for the previous owner and the beginning of something new for the next.
