Smoking ribs and wings in the Alchemy grill. 🔥 D I C K S O N B B Q Alchemy Grills I smoke the ribs for 2 hrs then 1 hr wrapped and then 1 hr sauced and unwrapped. All wood fired with a bit of charcoal.

I send an email to all my clients after the inspection. I just received a reply with possibly the most rewarding feedback I’ve ever received!

“Hi there - your inspection was thorough and EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!!! We have replaced the hot water tank, AC unit, furnace and had the venting issue you identified in the attic corrected. Our electrical panel is being upgraded in a couple of weeks and we had the plumbing issues you identified corrected. Thanks to you we have been able to identify and correct numerous issues to avoid potential future problems!! One of our trades people (I forget which one) said we must have had a terrific inspector who knew what he was talking about!

Lithium Ion Batteries: what you need to know. Never charge a scooter or battery in an exit, especially if it’s the only exit. Look how fast this thing erupts into flame. And the smoke is highly toxic!
