A huge congratulations to my first-time home buyers on purchasing this unique home near Fenelon Falls!

Completely renovated, 3 bedrooms, one massive bathroom, and about 1 acre of land 🌳, this former schoolhouse has so much history… and now it gets to be part of theirs. 🤍

They’re also the youngest home buyers I’ve had the pleasure of assisting, and I couldn’t be prouder of them for reaching such an incredible milestone! 🥹👏🏼

There’s something so sweet about leaving the big city behind to build a life together in a small town, with room to grow and a place to call their own. ✨

These two went through more ups and downs getting here than expected, which makes seeing them finally walk through the doors of their new home together that much more special.

You wouldn’t believe what 10 years of renting actually costs you. 👀

Let’s compare two couples.

Couple A rents for 10 years at $3,500/month. At the end of those 10 years, they’ve spent $420,000 and own nothing.
