A lot of buyers right now are scared they’ll regret buying.
Honestly, I get it.
It’s a huge financial decision.

The fear usually sounds like:
• “What if prices drop after I buy?”
• “What if I should wait?”

But here’s the part most people forget 👇

Real estate has always moved in cycles. Yes, there are short-term dips, but long term GTA trends have remained consistent.

📈 Over the last 45 years, GTA home prices have averaged roughly 6% annual growth.
📈 In many 5-year periods, values increased 25–45%.

Why? Because fundamentals matter.
