هفته گذشته میزبان Open House این خانه در نورث یورک بودم و تقریباً همه بازدیدکنندگان یک حرف مشترک می‌زدند:

«این خانه شبیه خانه‌های معمولی نورث یورک نیست.»

و راستش را بخواهید، بعد از دو روز حضور در این خانه کاملاً متوجه شدم چرا.

✔ آشپزخانه حرفه‌ای با طراحی سفارشی
✔ نورگیرهای سقفی و نور طبیعی فراوان
✔ سوئیت مستر لوکس
✔ زیرزمین واک‌اوت کاملاً مستقل با ورودی جداگانه
✔ جزئیات و کیفیت ساختی که کمتر دیده می‌شود

این ملک سه آفر دریافت کرد اما در نهایت فروخته نشد و اکنون با قیمت ۲,۵۳۸,۰۰۰ دلار در بازار قرار دارد.

اگر این خانه را دوست داشتید اما به دلیل فضای رقابتی شب آفرها وارد رقابت نشدید، شاید اکنون بهترین زمان برای بازدید دوباره باشد.

“Jay, is now a good time to buy a home in Toronto and the GTA?”

The truth is… there is no one-size-fits-all answer.

For some buyers, purchasing today could be a costly mistake.

For others, this market may be creating opportunities that simply didn’t exist a few years ago.

Trade-up buyers may find larger discounts on the homes they’re upgrading to.
