I want to share a thought with you on how to make 2024, the most amazing year for you. This from page 26 of my book " The McQueenie Method"( with some additional edits)

Here is the secret....just be you!

You are already perfect for your role. At the end of the day, when it is time for your prospect/customer to decide who they want to work with, business is still personal.

They chose you because they have decided they like you and can trust you. It's not about the Brokerage you are with, it is not about your professional authority that matters. It is really your personal authority and likeability that matters.
This customer has made a logical, but more important, an emotional decision to do business with you. The clearer you can explain to the customer who you are, and what you stand for, the easier it is for a customer to choose you.

My wish for you is to become the best you. Utilize your factory-installed strengths and unique abilities, while constantly improving your skills, knowledge and attitude.

Likeability will always win the game.

Bring you to the game and add unique processes and experiences to your client. This is the " difference maker" for 2024
