It never ceases to amaze me that after 20 years in the real estate industry, my heart still bursts with joy in watching people accomplish something they never thought was possible.

People who live in the Greater Toronto Area understand how difficult it has become to purchase real estate in the city and the outskirts. Even people who have great incomes and downpayments have found it difficult to qualify for a mortgage.
Instead of trying to purchase on their own two of my clients (who are cousins) decided to pool their resources so they could purchase something they both would love.

With hard work and determination, we were able to find them a place that they both loved. They went back to visit the home. We walked in and I just observed the pure joy that was emanating from both of them.

These types of moments are never accomplished alone in the real estate industry. I would like to thank Michelle Fraser and her wonderful team for helping to make this happen. I also have to that Rakhee Dhingra and her amazing team as well for helping to facilitate this moment.

I visited my new listing that will be hitting the market this week. This building truly offers resort style living. 4 full size tennis courts, an outdoor pool plus a BBQ area to just sit and relax. Looking at the tennis courts reminded me of how much I miss playing tennis. Getting back into tennis is going to be a top priority for me in the new year.
