“When it’s meant to be, it will be”. As cheesey as that motto is, it’s one my clients have heard from me time and time again. After a long east-end search my buyer clients were experiencing some buyer fatigue and never thought “the one” would come along. Cue 30 Austin Ave; this property was the perfect blend of a contemporary renovation, while preserving some traditional design elements like stained glass windows and an inviting front porch. It featured a walk-out lower level with very tall ceilings (complete with a wet bar ‼️) plus rare on-site parking and a private rear garden with access to a neighbouring parkette.
