87 % of my business comes from REPEAT clients or REFERALS from clients. I must be doing something right. I am in the Top 1% for Sales Volume across Canada for Royal LePage (2012)!! For the past 10 years I have been in the TOP 3-5% for Sales Volume across Canada! In 2014 i was #6 for INDIVIDUAL sales for ONTARIO! (meaning not a TEAM). That’s a lot of business and a consistent track record for volume. I am a Full Service and Full TIME Broker. I offer all my clients Full service Marketing! Professional photography, Virtual Tours, Full colour brochures, Strategic marketing/advertising, Staging and Social Media advertising and Follow up daily. I have 2 assistants that help me do a lot of the running around so I can stay focused on my meetings, showings and most importantly my Listings and Buyers. My Royal LePage Signature office also offers a Marketing Department with custom designs for Brochures and in house printing for quick turnaround of any print material. Buyers may come from uptown, downtown or from another country. I have a large data base that has been created over several years. Contacts include past clients, lawyers, other agents, mortgage brokers, and friends and family all across the world. EXPOSURE is key! With a large office and over 25 years of Real Estate work I cover a lot of Geography and the Exposure possibilities are endless. I am Responsive, Driven and very Conscientious!
