“I generally don't write review but have to make an exception here to share our story. Me and my wife had poor experiences with Real Estate agents in the past and we had tried to handle most of our housing related needs ourselves. The sale of our property was very smooth and we were able to execute on the plan that Joseph set up for us. Shortly after the sale is finalized we moved on to look for our new home, and Joseph was with us every weekend for several months until we found our dream home. Not to mention throughout the process he remained extremely nice and helpful, and at the same time he was also very effective in getting the most value out of the situation for us. Joseph provides very professional advices and with his help we were able to get a great deal on our new house despite facing bidding war situation. I didn't expect to develop such relationship with my Real Estate agent, but now I think of Joseph as a friend and am thankful of him to go above and beyond in putting my family first”.
