✨ She’s Bacccckkkkk ✨

Back on the market, with a fresh new look!

Sometimes a little pause is exactly what a space needs.

We took this one off the market for a bit, gave the kitchen a fresh new look, and now this incredible authentic hard loft is ready for its next chapter. 🤍

Freshly refinished kitchen cabinetry, new hardware and brand new appliances give the space a more modern feel, while everything else that makes this loft so special is still very much intact.

Nearly 800 sq ft of character-filled living space with soaring ceilings, exposed brick, original wood beams and those unmistakable hard-loft details you just can’t recreate.

There are condos… and then there are lofts like this.

𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 🤍

Welcome to this bright and spacious end-unit freehold townhome in Oakville’s Glenorchy neighbourhood — sitting on an oversized pie-shaped lot backing onto green space 🌿😍

With a generous interior of 2,195 sq ft, tons of windows and natural light, and a backyard you don’t often find with a townhome, this one lives much more like a semi.

✨ End unit (So many windows!!! 🙌🏻)
🌿 Oversized pie-shaped lot (One of the largest in the subdivision!)
🌳 Backing onto protected green space
☀️ Tons of natural light
🏡 Plenty of space to grow into

And that backyard? Definitely worth the swipe. 👀

This one kept us busy from day one with tons of showings, plenty of interest, and no shortage of activity. It’s easy to see why—a spacious 4-bedroom family home with the added bonus of a legal 2-bedroom basement apartment is a combination that’s always in demand.

Like many real estate journeys, this one wasn’t without a few unexpected twists along the way. But with great communication, teamwork, and a little persistence (and 🍷😅), we worked through every hurdle and reached a successful finish! 👊🏻

Congratulations!!! 🥳🥂

✨ SOLD in just 5 days! ✨

146 Gloucester Grove is officially SOLD after only 5 days on the market. 🎉

This sale marked the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another. It was an honour to help the executors navigate the sale of a home that held so many memories, and I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to guide them through the process.

Congratulations to the lucky first-time buyers who are about to start an exciting new chapter of their own. Wishing you many years of happiness and wonderful memories in your new home! You found yourselves a good one! 🏡💕

Every home has a story, and this one is ready for its next. 🤍

✨ Just Listed on Budea Crescent ✨

There’s something truly special about this street — and 125 is no exception! Nestled on a quiet, family-friendly crescent in Wexford-Maryvale, this beautifully renovated detached bungalow offers the perfect blend of space, style, and versatility.

With over 1,100 sq ft above grade (one of the larger bungalows in the area) plus 1,000+ sq ft of finished space below, this home is designed to grow with you. The main level features 3 spacious bedrooms and a warm, modern interior, highlighted by a stylish kitchen with a large island — the ultimate spot to gather and entertain.

Downstairs, a bright and fully self-contained 2-bedroom suite with a private entrance offers incredible flexibility — ideal for extended family, rental income, or additional living space. Believe me when I say it, this lower unit feels anything but below grade!

Step outside to your own private backyard retreat, complete with a large deck, privacy wall, and a massive 10’ x 16’ garage-sized shed — perfect for storage, hobbies, or a workspace.

🏡 Move-in ready ✅
💰 Income potential ✅
📍 Unbeatable location ✅

Whether you’re looking for your forever home or a smart investment, this one truly checks all the boxes.

Hustling since day one…

No marketing plan, no pricing strategy, just blind confidence and a sign that said “any price”. 😅

(For the record, I’m the one in the blue chair — clearly taking a more “management” role back then).

Safe to say my business model has improved slightly since then. 🧃
