Quantitative tightening (aka no breaks in the rates) continues in 2024. There is speculation that the rate holds will continue into 2025, and some financial experts are predicting a possible reduction in Q4 2024. Buyer confidence is making a comeback in the GTA real estate market with home values beginning to bounce back. Still, everything we do costs us more every day, and that is causing a lot of stress for a lot of people. What’s the answer?
