When you compare this past month to the same time last year, it's no surprise that the numbers aren't encouraging. ⁠The market was moving at a rapid pace in February 2022.

The good news, is that over the past 2 weeks we’ve seen modest improvement. Multiple offers, prices rising, but not for every property... ⁠

The market was a little frosty ❄️ this past month and we expect it to continue this way for at least a few more months.⁠

That said, we're starting to get small signals that the market is awakening. ⁠
