Ramsden Place Ramsden Place consists of two newly renovated rental suite towers located near Bloor and Yonge Street

Our sites are spacious and newly renovated a separate dining area. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwaves, dishwashers, granite counters and marble backsplash.

 Suites include spacious and bright bedrooms with adequate closet space. 4-piece bathroom with bright white beveled tiling, soaker tub and modern floating vanities with granite counter. Large balconies and windows throughout have beautiful views of downtown Toronto and surrounding neighbourhoods. Building amenities include private gardens, laundry facility, gym, sauna, indoor pool and women’s and men’s changing room. Ramsden Place has a walk score of 93 making it easy to do daily errands without a car. Centrally located just north of Yonge and Bloor in the Yorkville neighbourhood it is walking distance to the TTC as well as grocery stores, Canadian Tire, Whole Foods, Eataly banks, coffee shops, U of T Campus as well as amazing shopping and restaurants to enjoy in the neighbourhood,
