Ian Leggett Swansea Real Estate

As a hands-on renovator, investor and landlord
myself, I bring practical understanding of houses, renovations and market value Really. Whether you are a first time home buyer, upgrading to fit your growing family, downsizing your mortgage or your living space, or looking for an income property. I can help you find what you are looking for. I grew up in Bloor West Village and am now raising my own family in Parkdale. My knowledge of the city, especially the West End, is expansive. Schools, Parks, Services, and Entertainment are all on my radar. Not only can I navigate you around this city, but I know my way around a house too. I have fully renovated one single family dwelling and three income properties in the past six years. As well as carried out numerous upgrades and remodels. So when I walk you through a house I can show you its TRUE potential as well as point out any possible red flags or structural issues. And if its selling you are looking to do I can advise you on what, if any, upgrades will be worth your while in terms of increasing your property value. Its true that house hunting can be frustrating, especially in today's competitive market. That is where I come in. I w**d through the inventory and find those little hidden gems. Money is a major part of the Real Estate world and I negotiate HARD on your behalf. I do my research and I know my comparables. Whether you are buying or selling you will feel confidant that I got you the best possible price.
