I have been selling real estate in Toronto since 2003 and without a doubt I have found my calling. There are so many aspects to selling real estate that I love but first and foremost, it is my clients. I am a people person and love the personal interaction and connections that I form with my clients. It is so much more rewarding than a SOLD sign. When assisting buyers, there is absolutely nothing
more rewarding than helping them find their dream home. I can very quickly ascertain their needs and along with their budget, lead them in the right direction. I believe that a home is where you live, love and grow and I will not let you make a bad decision. It's too important. When I assist sellers, the reward comes in being able to achieve a profit for them they never thought possible. I can walk in to a home and immediately know what needs to be done in order to sell it for the most amount of money in the least amount of time as we can and I have put together a team of professionals that work along side me in order to achieve this. I strive to make this process as stress-free for you as possible. I also believe strongly in charity work and giving back to the community. Having lost my mother at a young age to Breast Cancer and having two daughters, I put almost all of my fundraising energy in to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. I am consistently ranked in the top 10 fundraisers in Toronto for the Run for the Cure and in 2014 was ranked #2 for Remax Atlantic Ontario. My brokerage takes a portion of every sale and donates it to the CBCF. My branding colour is pink because of my commitment to raise awareness and money to help find a Cure for Breast Cancer. I also donate a portion of every sale to the Children's Miracle Network and volunteer/fundraise and am a major sponsor at my daughters' school. I believe that if you do the job right, if you do it with passion and integrity, your clients will be thrilled and that is the best advertisement of all. I have earned a spot in the top 1% of all Realtors in Canada based almost solely on referrals and word of mouth. There is no greater compliment or honour than clients referring me to their family and friends. I am grateful for the trust and respect. I live in Davisville Village with my daughters, Danika and Sydney.
