🚨 SCAM ALERT – FAKE LEGAL NOTICE! 🚨

Hey friends – just a heads up!

I recently received what appears to be an official-looking legal notice claiming copyright infringement from a law firm on behalf of Universal Music Group regarding one of my real estate videos. The document looks very professional, even includes logos and legal language, but it’s 100% FAKE.

🔍 Here’s how I know it’s a scam:

It falsely accuses me of using a Lewis Capaldi song without a license.

It includes links to my page and video — designed to scare and intimidate.

The so-called "law firm" threatens legal action and damages up to $50,000.

There's no contact info or real verification process.

I never used the audio they’re referencing.

This is a phishing attempt or scare tactic — do NOT click on any links or respond to these messages if you receive something similar.

✅ Always verify the source before reacting.
✅ Report the message to Meta (Facebook).
✅ Reach out to your legal advisor if you’re unsure.

Stay safe online and don’t fall for these scams!
