Interesting article. The funny thing is it mentions a case that I have referenced before. Yes your condo is your property but act in a way that affects others and you can be held responsible.

It may surprise you that in more than a few cases, condo unit owners have been forced against their will to vacate and sell their units. In other words, courts can evict condo owners.
