And just like that, Toronto’s fall real estate market is underway.

📊 August TRREB snapshot:
• 5,057 sales — ↓ 2.1% YoY
• 12,075 new listings — ↓ 14.1% YoY
• Average price: $993,410 — ↓ 2.7% YoY

The headline may be softer prices, but the real story is supply. With fewer homes coming to market, the balance between buyers and sellers could shift as we move through the fall.

And that’s why I’ll be watching September closely.
