Sometimes there are pockets that present themselves as a market shifts. If you are a buyer or soon to be buyer- here are some things to look for that will help you get a property for less!⁠✨

1) NO STAGING: House has great bones but does not show well⁠

2) BAD PICS: Same as above, people decide in a heartbeat of a second whether they want to see a place or not while looking online -a lot of the places that have poor or no pictures are missed by buyers and therefore receive less $$⁠

3) DAYS ON MARKET: The longer a place is on the market, typically the more negotiable it becomes⁠

4) A HINT in the write up: Sometimes in a listing, in a section only the agent can see -it may say "motivated seller"… this is realtor speak for MUST SELL NOW! ⁠

Don't be shy in this market- put in an offer and see how it goes - you never know!!⁠
