Toronto is a big city, but some neighbourhoods still feel surprisingly small-town.
The Beaches. Roncesvalles. The Kingsway. Cabbagetown.
And maybe it’s not really the streets that create that feeling.
It’s the people.
The neighbour who knows your name.
The local café where they remember you.
Kids growing up together.
People stopping for a conversation instead of rushing by.
Because sometimes, what makes a neighbourhood feel like home isn’t the house, the street, or even the location.
It’s feeling like you belong there.
