🚨 BREAKING NEWS FOR CANADIAN REAL ESTATE! 🚨

The Bank of Canada just announced they are holding the key interest rate steady at 2.75% as of June 4, 2025! This is the second consecutive hold. Why the hold? It's largely due to ongoing uncertainty around US trade policy and the need to fully assess recent economic data, including stronger-than-expected Q1 growth and some firm inflation readings.

What does this mean for YOU and Canadian Real Estate? This decision offers a period of consistency for borrowing costs.
