1) one of the greatest advantages is "LESS WORK = MORE TIME", there is far less housework and outside ground work to be done in a condo. This gives parents more time for their family and recreational fun with their children.

2) EASIER ACCESS, most high rises are now built along or near a transit route, allowing parents and children to spend less time commuting in cars. It's also easier to access area amenities, such as supermarkets and drug stores.

3) EASIER SUPERVISION, it may be easier to supervise children's social activities in a condo because it is a fairly self-contained vertical neighbourhood. it's easier for parents to keep track of their children's whereabouts.
