Nothing humbles a man faster than finding out his stager thinks his truck is disappointing.

Apparently an F-150 Tremor is nice… but it’s “not a Ram.”

The disrespect.

Two people. One bathroom. Both convinced the other one ruined their day.

I was just happy to be an innocent bystander.

Shaved my beard or stubble not sure what I have.
Hate that I did it.
Shaving is time consuming and when you get a Knick it bleeds for days.

Three homes.
Three completely different results.

This is why knowing East York matters.

Durant — sold in 7 days for $1.2M.
Roblin — sold in 3 days for $1.41M.
Savoy — different strategy, different buyer pool, different result.

East York isn’t “one market.”
You need to understand the streets, the buyers, the pricing, and how to position each property properly.

That’s why I do so much business here.

Forgot to brush my teeth this morning.
Feel bad for anyone having to work out close to me today.

One thing nobody tells you about getting older…

The conversations change.

Used to be:
“we bought a house.”
“we’re getting married.”
“we had a baby.”

Now it’s:
“he had a stroke.”
“she’s got cancer.”
“did you hear what happened to so-and-so?”

And honestly… that shift is a lot more fu***ng sobering than people realize until it starts happening around them too.
Appreciate the small things my friends.

Toronto wants more housing…

Until it shows up on their street.

The city is fighting over fourplexes and sixplexes right now, and honestly, it exposes a bigger conversation nobody wants to have.

We can’t keep complaining about affordability, rent prices, and lack of housing while opposing every new development beside us.

So what’s the answer?

Would you support multiplex housing in your neighbourhood?

Or is the city moving too fast?

👇 Curious where people stand on this.

Doesn’t matter if you train at 6am, noon, or 10pm. Everyone in that gym is there trying to better themselves in some way.

Different goals. Different fitness levels. Same reason.

Move your body. Clear your head. Feel better.

Especially now that the weather’s getting better… get outside and do something active. Your future self will thank you for it.

Mobility work is crazy hard if you’ve been neglecting it.
I obviously need it because it’s ridiculously hard for me.
Do not neglect it! Your body needs it

You think you’re emotionally stable… until your daughter puts your truck in drive for the first time. 😂

But honestly… she did amazing.

She drove from Balm Beach Road all the way down through changing speed zones like an absolute champ.

80… 70… 60… 50…

Meanwhile I’m in the passenger seat pretending I’m calm while mentally preparing for death every time another car appeared. 😂

Only real incident?

She hit the brakes a little too hard at a stop sign and the dog launched into the front seat…

Then she hit the gas and the dog got launched right back again.

Poor dog looked like it just survived a UFC fight.

Proud dad moment though. Hard not to think about how fast this all goes by.
