These sellers took every piece of advice I gave them and put it into action. They painted, decluttered, packed, organized, and removed almost everything from the condo. And I mean everything.
Food out of the cupboards.
Fridge emptied.
Personal items packed away.
Even the toilet paper rolls disappeared. 😂
The condo looked completely vacant. So much so that buyers genuinely thought nobody lived there.

The incredible part? They were still living there with their child the entire time.
