Thrilled to share that this beautiful High Park area condo at 103 The Queensway, Unit 1301 has officially sold, and the buyer has now moved in.

This one was especially meaningful. I first met the seller through a past client of mine, who happens to be his significant other. Working with both of them was a pleasure from start to finish, and I am truly excited for their next chapter now that this sale is complete. I cannot wait to see where their sights are set next.
