What is worth noting from the stats in August?
The volume of sales in semi detached and detached houses have risen.
So what?
So if the current inventory is being bought up, there are fewer properties for sale and therefore the price may rise.
But it’s August so let’s give it another month and if this trend continues then we could be looking at moving from a balanced market back to the sellers market. What do you think?
